The Donors' intent in providing this gift to the University is to provide student support.

Eligibility:
This gift shall be used to establish a non-endowed fund to be known and referred to as the "Mindy Sue Nese Memorial Scholarship." Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to full-time undergraduate students enrolled or planning to enroll at Penn State Harrisburg who have a demonstrated financial need for funds to meet their necessary college expenses and who have graduated from, or who plan to graduate from, any high school located in the following locales in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania: Susquehanna Township, Lower Paxton Township, Swatara Township, and/or the city of Harrisburg (the "General Eligibility Criteria"). If no students meet the General Eligibility Criteria in a given year or if there are sufficient funds to award additional scholarships beyond the eligible recipients who meet the General Eligibility Criteria, the excess funds will be used to award additional scholarships to eligible recipients in subsequent years. The Donor requests that this scholarship be awarded as twenty-five separate awards each in the amount of $2,000.
